Urban Aquathon is a 2-stage sprint race comprising of swim followed by a run. The swim leg will commence in the Olympic-size swimming pool which is relatively safe for all. Given its urbanized set up, the event is ideal for all levels of participants from high-octane athletes aiming for podiums or PBs; aspiring athletes transiting to triathlon; newbies and kids.
For the first time, Urban Aquathlon 2019 will see two races. The first race will take place at the state-of-the-art ‘Our Tampines Hub’ (OTH) on 6 April, Saturday and the second or last race at Singapore’s premier golf course, ‘Orchid Country Club’ (OCC) on 3 August, Saturday. The run at OTH will take place indoors on level 5 and the swim is on level 6 within the building compound. OCC has been the hosting the event since its inception.
Participants who sign up for the two races will earn our uniquely designed medal which comes in two parts and along with it, bragging rights. In addition, a limited edition finisher tee will be presented to those who have competed in the two races.
