- 6:30am – 7:00am: Registration
- 7:00am – 7:20am: “Why Eating the Right Food is Important to Good Performance and Health” by Ben Pulham
- 7:20am – 7:40am: “Eating to Optimise Recovery from Training” by Sonia Osbourne
- 7:40am – 8:00am: Briefing
- 8:00am – 9:00am: Easy 8km run
- 9:00am onwards: Wash-up, Shopping @ TripleFit (Please bring your own towel)
