The 8th “Koshu fruit marathon contest” to be held in Koshu city in the fall is a family course (3.5 km) that runs along with parents and children. The vineyard course (10 km) and the fruit line course (half) running in the vineyard dyed in autumn leaves are a magnificent panorama that can see the Southern Alps fringe from the Kofu basin. The Large Bodhisattva Course (23 km) is the most difficult course running up the altitude difference of 1,200 m, and it also surpasses the famous Hakone mountain climbing. In the main venue after the fast run, we honored the runners with grapes, wine and a smile. We also have a variety of gifts unique to Koshu City that delivers seasonal fruits throughout the year.
