SunNUS is a beach event organized annually by the NUS Students’ Sports Club. The event brings together many sportsmen/women of different backgrounds – be it recreational or competitive – to promote the need to lead a healthy and active lifestyle through competitive beach sports.
Currently in its fourth year since its inception, SunNUS has earned a reputation for being the largest and most anticipated beach event for NUS alumni, students and staff. Besides the NUS community, SunNUS is also open to all members of public. With successful experiences from the past years, we are predicting a large turnout of approximately 2000 participants and spectators this year.
Featuring a 7km run featuring land, air and water and 6 sports namely Captain’s Ball, Dodge ball, Frisbee, Tchoukball, Touch Rugby and Volleyball, SunNUS 2016 will be held at Sentosa’s Siloso Beach and feature a pageant, carnival and fringe activities for all.
