Climbing the Mount Everest is extremely expensive and less than 1,000 people attempt to climb Everest each year with about 500 climbers successfully reaching the summit every year. As the highest place on Earth with an unbelievable 8,848 metres (29,029 ft), ascending Everest is the biggest achievement for people, but not many people can ever do it in their life. So on International Mountain Day (11 Dec), we decided to pay our tribute and respect to Mount Everest with a 8.848km run instead!
