Halloween is a celebration on the night of October 31. On this day, people wear costumes and go to people’s homes saying “Trick or treat!” to ask for candy/sweets and people give it to them. “Give us a run or we will play a trick on you!”, as an advocate for health and wellness, we are encouraging you to go for a run to burn away that extra calories from the sweets.
You are free to wear anything during your run or dress up as ghosts, witches, or other scary things for Halloween. We recommend running after dark (after 6 p.m.) for this online race if you are going to wear something scary during your run. Please stay safe while running after dark.
