Got athletic goals this New Year? Try the new Armour@TheBay x 7Cycle Outdoor Night Ride — a series of public outdoor stationary programmes held every other Tuesday evening at Clifford Square, Fullerton Bay. Officially launched on Friday, 16 January 2015, the bi-monthly fitness regimen is a new collaboration between revolutionary U.S. high-performance sports leader, Under Armour, and independent, boutique indoor cycling studio 7Cycle.

Offering a different environment from traditional gyms, 7Cycle’s programmes are set to great blood-pumping music. Delivering efficient full-body workouts both on and off the bike, the three 7Cycle formats at Armour@TheBay let individuals reap the benefits of cardio, strength and endurance training.
The latest collaboration with 7Cycle is the newest addition to Armour@TheBay, a regular free fitness programme held at Fullerton Bay by Under Armour since September 2014. Through partnerships with various gyms in Singapore, Armour@TheBay aims to motivate, support and empower individuals to keep fit through circuit training.

Starting Tuesday, 20 January 2015, the subsequent Armour@TheBay x 7Cycle Outdoor Night Ride sessions happening at 6.30 pm every alternate Tuesday will be free to all participants.

Description: Full-body workout on a bike incorporating hand weights and core-focused choreography - 7Cycle Road
Duration: 45 minutes
Format: Rhythm-based rides set to compelling soundtracks

Description: Emphasises wattage, endurance and performance similar to an outdoor ride - 7Cycle Bootcamp
Duration: 35 minutes
Format: High-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout
Capacity: 20 pax
Description: Small-class format circuit training combining cardio intervals on the bike with body weight, functional training and plyometric exercises on the floor
