Don’t miss the opportunity to register for the SAFRA Singapore Bay Run & Army Half Marathon from just $10! Registration closes this Sunday, 21 August.
The virtual event will give NSmen and the public the flexibility and convenience of being able to chart their own preferred running routes, and run anytime during the month-long event from 25 September to 23 October to better support their fitness goals.
The virtual event will feature the signature 21km Half Marathon, 21km Cumulative Challenge and Families for Life 10km Cumulative Challenge.
To commemorate 55 Years of National Service (NS55), a new NS55 Cumulative Team Challenge has been introduced to encourage all past and present Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) NSmen to participate together in teams of up to five members to complete a total distance of 55km.
Notably, the 21km Cumulative Challenge enables runners to break a half marathon distance into shorter runs over a 4-week period to achieve their fitness goals.
We all have friends and family members who may need a little nudge to get on the bandwagon towards an active and healthier lifestyle.
This challenge serves up a great opportunity. Whether you are new to running or someone who is building up your stamina, there is a place for you.
Special Rates
SAF NSmen and SAF Volunteer Corps (SAFVC) members will enjoy a special rate of $10 per person, while the fee for SAFRA members is $15 per person across all categories.
Family members of participating SAF NSmen can join the run at a special rate of $15 per person for the 21km categories through promotional codes extended to SAF NSmen who have registered.
Enhanced Entitlements
All participants will receive either an SSBR & AHM Army singlet (for SAF NSmen) or event tee (for SAFRA members and public), along with personalised e-bibs, e-certificates and e-badges that participants can share on their social media channels.
Finisher entitlements have been enhanced with the addition of finisher tees for three categories – 21km Half Marathon, 21km Cumulative Challenge and NS55 Cumulative Team Challenge.
Participants of the 21km Half Marathon will also get a finisher medal. Finisher entitlements will be awarded upon completion of respective race categories.
What’s more, these entitlements will be delivered right to your doorstep. There goes your excuse for not donning on your swag and stepping out for a run.
Registration for the virtual SSBR & AHM is now open until 21 August 2022.
