After making a splash in Australia and China, ILLUMI RUN is bringing the party back to where it started—here in Singapore! Mark the date: Saturday, 28 November 2015. Once the sun goes down, the F1 Village will light up the night in a massive, riveting neon light installation, with partiers dancing and glowing through various ultraviolet music zones.
A first of its kind in Asia, the non-competitive run is anticipating 12,000 and counting participants, creating a captivating spectacle as the iconic splashes of ILLUMI Glow Water illuminates in the dark.
The run’s third edition boasts updated elements to deliver an even more epic experience this year: Every ILLUMI glow zone will feature live acts to entertain partiers, and there will be even more glow stations along the run, too!
Spinning against a backdrop of psychedelic pyrotechnic displays, a line-up of DJs – including Singapore-based DJ duo Rave Republic – will round up the night with a massive party at the F1 Race Village.
The first home-grown party run to venture beyond local shores, ILLUMI RUN has entertained crowds in Brisbane, Beijing, and Guangzhou. Splashing across 10 cities by the year’s end, the party’s far from over – ILLUMI RUN has also set its sights on Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, and Korea.
The success that ILLUMI RUN has had in the region has been truly encouraging. Not only has it propelled us to explore more countries, it has also shown that local sporting events have what it takes to make a mark abroad. We cannot be more proud of everything the run has achieved and are excited to bring the fun to Singaporeans again this November!
