When you can’t decide what element to have, why not have them all? The G-Run 2016 is bringing all the best aspects of glow-in-the-dark gaiety together at A’famosa Resort Malacca!
Organised by One JR Event in conjunction with the A’famosa Endless Carnival 2016, the event is set within the theme park resort in Malaysia. An hour’s drive from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, the holiday resort includes A’famosa Freeport Outlet, A’famosa Clubhouse, A’famosa Water Theme Park, A’famosa Animal World Safari and many more.
The 8 km fun night run will start from 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, 27 August 2016. Wth music pumping throughout the course, runners will meet with 5 checkpoint areas.
First, they’ll come to the unique installation at the Light Area before being blasted with special UV powder in the Colour Area. Things keep getting messy with a splash of UV rain in the Paint Area. Now that you’re gloriously glowing in the dark, it’s the perfect chance to snap selfies at the Blacklight Area lined with UV mural art. Then get more soaked at the final checkpoint, the Foam Area!
Finish off the night in the Celebration Area dancing to live music performances. Hang around, work out or feast on treats from the food and beverage booths.

All runners are entitled to an entry ticket, event T-shirt, drawstring bag, medal, e-certificate, running bib, running map, and glowstick pack. VIP ticket holders will enjoy free parking as well as VIP Lanes for race kit collection, event entry and drinking area.
