As runners of all ages and builds, we’re constantly searching for that shoe that uniquely conforms to our foot. Taking another revolutionary step forward, Reebok has now launched the ZPump Fusion, the latest update to The Pump Technology. Armed with a new, branded, air-filled cage, the running shoe surrounds and moulds to any foot, providing a customised, locked-in fit.
“Many running shoes are developed around a rigid, factory-developed last shape that can never be a true representation of your unique foot. The ZPump Fusion is completely structure-less when not inflated and then moulds to the individual shape of your foot once you put it on and inflate,”
said Paul Litchfield, original inventor of The Pump and Head of Advanced Concepts – Reebok.
Unlike traditional running shoes with over 40 individual parts, the Reebok ZPump Fusion is made up of only three key components: Pump Technology, Fusion Sleeve—a lightweight, seamless compression, four-way stretch sleeve that holds the shoe together—and the ZRATED outsole. Inspired by high performance ZRATED tires, the edges and underfoot grooves of these soles help runners stop, start and turn with ease.
Where to Buy
The Reebok ZPump Fusion will be available from 10 March 2015 for S$169 at all Stadium and Royal Sporting House stores (except JCube and outlet stores).
