Sports apparel brand adidas has announced that it will be Official Apparel Partner for the Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore (SCMS) 2014.
By partnering with Singapore’s marquee marathon, which is taking place on Sunday 7 December 2014, adidas aims to encourage and motivate runners to go #allin.
Partnership with Singapore’s Biggest Marathon
This year, the SCMS aims to attract over 50,000 runners. Since 1982, the SCMS (previously known as Singapore Marathon) has made its mark as one of Singapore’s most popular running events.

Introducing the adidas “Boost Singapore” Training program and Pacers
In the lead up to the marathon, adidas will also be organising a pacer and training programme for the public where Melvin Wong, adidas’ running ambassador, will lead and help runners conquer the SCMS.
Branded as “Boost Singapore” after adidas’ revolutionary BOOST technology, the training programme will feature pacers sporting adidas Boost shoes, which are made with state-of-the-art BOOST foam cushioning, to provide the highest energy return in the industry.

Limited Edition Boost Running Shoes Up For Grabs
In recognition of the new partnership, adidas has developed a Limited Edition Standard Chartered Marathon Boost running shoe, 42 of which will be awarded to the first 42 runners to claim the $1 Marathon race slots on offer at the Official Launch next week at ION Orchard.
The Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore takes place on 7 December 2014. Registrations will start from 16 July 2014.
